Viewing tapes will be supplied by initialing this form , supplying shipping information and faxing back to number listed. All shipping charges are paid by requestor - with no exception.
Upon receipt of a signed final contract and wire transfer of 50% of Master material charges - orders will be filled. Wire transfer info will be provided along with a contract.
Master tape supplied must be returned. All balances on orders must be paid net 30 days.
VHS or Beta SP copies of all finished shows containing licensed footage must be supplied to VideoCosmos, before airing - along with a declaration of usage.
These rates and basic terms can only be modified in writing.
