USSR May 22 1970 36th launch of "DS-P1-U" satellite for preliminary adjustment of antiaircraft radars ended with accident of the "Cosmos-2M"/SL-7 booster.
USSR May 22 1974 According to Decision of Soviet Government Vasiluy P. Mishin was fired from position of Chief Designer of TsKBEM. On the base of TsKBEM was created NPO "Energiya". Valentin P. Glushko was appointed to be a General Designer and Director of NPO "Energiya".
