Germany	February 21	1931	Near Dessau city conducted first launch of WR-1 booster. It was first liquid rocket in Europe. Designer I. Winkler.
USSR	February 21	1958	Conducted first launch of geophysical rocket "R-5A"/SS-3/Shyster to the record altitude for one stage rocket - 437 km. Dogs (Palma and Pushok) which was onboard have perished during landing.
USA	February 21	1961	Conducted second test launch of "Atlas-D" booster with unmanned "Mercury" spacecraft.
USA	February 21	1962	Conducted launch of new generation spy satellite "Ferret".
USA	February 21	1964	Born Scott Joseph Kelly - astronaut of the USA. Made one space mission in 1999 year.
