"Tsyklon-3" Space booster.

(Industry designation 11K68, Western designation SL-14).

Space booster was design at General Design Bureau #586 on the basis of "Tsyklon-2" space booster under supervision of Designer General V. Utkin in the middle of 70s. For the new booster designers made a new third stage and a new aerodynamic shroud for payload.

First test launch of the booster was conducted June 24th, 1977. All together until June 16th, 1998 year there were 117 launches, including 4 accidents and 2 semi-accidents.
