"Soyuz-U Fregat" Space booster.
(Western designation SL-4).
The booster is a version of standard "Soyuz-U" booster with new upper stage "Fregat". "Fregat" upper stage was designed at Science Production Union of Lavochkin in Khimki city. It was design especially for Join Stock Company "Starsem" for launching "Cluster" satellites.
First flight was conducted February 8th, 2000. Until August 9th, 2000, there were four launches and no accidents.
