"Cosmos-2M" Space Booster.

(Industry designation 63CM/11K63, Western designation SL-7).

The booster is a modification of "Cosmos-2" space booster. Developed by General Design Bureau #586 for increasing payload. Manufacture was at the same place as Space Booster "Cosmos-2".

Base distinction of these two boosters is - increased size of propellant tanks for second stage. First Test launch of the booster was conducted October 19th, 1965. All together until 1977 year there were 123 launches, including 8 accidents.
